Is It a Painting or a Photograph? The Answer Is: Both.
One of the questions I hear most often is, “Is it a painting? Or is it a photograph?”
The truth is — it’s both.
Each piece begins as one of my original photographs, capturing a real moment in time. But my creative process doesn’t end there. Using a blend of digital textures, artistic overlays, and careful enhancements, I transform that photograph into something more — a work of art that blurs the line between photography and painting.
The goal is not just to document what I see, but to express what I feel. Through layers of color, texture, and light, I strive to create an image that evokes emotion, imagination, and wonder — inviting you to experience the scene in a deeper, more personal way.
Photography provides the foundation. Artistry brings it to life.
In every finished piece, you’ll find a balance between reality and creativity — a visual story told through both the lens and the heart.
